Dawson’s Peak seeks to inspire individuals to recognize that responsibility gives one’s life meaning and that discipline/dedication beget true freedom. We all possess a tremendous ability to develop ourselves. With such development, we contribute more to our own lives, families, communities and society. Each of us has a duty to pursue this development.
Dawson’s Peak develops and hosts large scale, adventure-related projects around the world that are undertaken by our sponsored athletes. These projects are designed to enable viewers to draw parallels between themselves and our athletes. Personal challenges may be specific but effort and commitment are universal.
Our inaugural project, Seven for Soldiers, is an attempt by our sponsored-athlete Matt Dawson (“Dawson”) to set 7 world records. Activities will include: multiple polar expeditions, global mountain climbing, a global circumnavigation flight, an oceanic crossing and a desert traverse.
Further, DP was founded to raise both resources and awareness for participating charities, allowing people to aid organizations dedicated to supporting worthy causes.
