A renewable energy company that took off in 2003 with one single activity of installing solar water heating systems. Ever since, the company has been evolving to meet with market needs. Dawtec at the current has two main sales offices, one in Beirut (furn el chebback) and the other in south of Lebanon (damour). It Employes 15 fulltimers among which are three engineers from different disciplines. Although the main activity is contracting, still the main emphasis of the company is on research and development. The R&D department has realized so far two main products one of which has acquired the Green Innovation Award in 2012. In addition, dawtec received in 2012, an award from the ministry of energy for being a market leader in the renewable energy sector.
