“We create beauty in harmony with motherhood, backed by science.” The story of Daya Cosmetics begins when Malin Fritiofsson, Jenny Lundkvist, and Jennifer Grönqvist founded Daya Ventures, a global femtech venture studio. Daya is creating and accelerating high impact startups within women’s health, with a mission to improve the lives of women through the creation and responsible use of technology. Daya leads the femtech revolution, advancing women’s health globally through innovative and inclusive technology. When Malin and Jenny digged into everything that was missing regarding female health. They discovered that one of the missing pieces was the lack of a skincare brand dedicated to addressing the specific needs of a pregnant woman's facial skincare. They then started to do extensive research on everything to be found regarding skincare and pregnancy. After that they gathered the ideal founding team with expertise in chemistry and product development, technology, beauty science and skincare. Our core values are: Safety Performance Sustainability We think that when you become pregnant or are trying to get pregnant, you want products that are safe to use for you and your baby. The skin is our largest organ. You would also want products that get you the results you want, when your skin is facing new challenges due to the hormonal changes you are going through during a pregnancy. Such as acne, pigmentations, dryness, reactive skin and itchiness. We also believe that as mothers to be, we care about the world that our children will grow up into. Therefore we think about every choice we make with the holistic standpoint of view on sustainability. From the origin of ingredients we use, where they are produced, what carbon print they leave and what social impact they have. With our hearts in science and technology we created products for women, by women, tailored for pregnant and sensitive facial skincare. We approach skincare in the most minimalistc way.
