Small general practice architectural design office located in Keene NH, serving the Monadnock region of southwest New Hampshire. Projects include residential and commercial; new construction; renovations; change -of-use/code compliance; alterations; additions; space planning and interior design. We also do pre-design project programming, which means we can help you at the earliest stages of contemplating a construction project. Programming can be short and simple , or a fairly involved process, but the idea is to ask the right questions and gather enough information to help ensure that the entire process from conceptual design to final built project is meets or exceeds your expectations. Our experience can help keep those expectations aligned with such realities as budget, site constraints and opportunties, building codes, user needs, and the rest of the myriad details that come into play. The goal is to help protect the long-term value of your investment by guiding the project players towards sound and well-informed decisions throughout the design and construction of your building project. Current projects (Spring 2011) include a VA Outpatient Clinic for the GSA; a new day-care facility; an office interior tenant fit-up for a business incubator operation and several residential/remodel projects.
