UNSW Transactional Law Student Association (Legal Careers in M&A/Capital Markets, Private Equity, Banking & Finance) Traditionally, law students only gain access to these practice areas through clerkships, and many are not ready for the demands of modern commercial law. TLSA fills this gap by offering practical, skills-based training, networking, and industry knowledge - enabling students to make heightened career decisions and obtain career-accelerating skills.
