Dblp Basketball (DBLP LLC) was formed by CEO/Founder, Pierre Pierce in 2016. It was formed under the premise to provide all basketball players regardless of age, skill level, or gender the opportunity to become the best basketball players they can be. You get out the game what you put in, and often the results from the work you put in do not come immediately. It is our goal to leave a lasting impact on the next generation of players that inspires them to be impactful members of their communities.
Pierre's basketball philosophy is to grow and develop the character of today’s youth by using basketball as the springboard to instill values and principles in which can be applied to situations on and off the court. The best way to go about achieving this goal is to hold each person accountable for their actions and to treat each person we come across with love and respect.
Recognizing weaknesses at an early age is instrumental to success, because being able to turn weaknesses to strengths allows for self growth. Committing to becoming the best at anything is very time consuming. Making that commitment allows athletes to put themselves in rare air because as skills improve so does confidence & basketball IQ. Through this preparation and as we develop a confidence that only comes from putting in work, we focus in on The Five P's as the key to success.
