Both have extensive experience in insolvency and judicial reorganization procedures and actually met in court when representing their client in various insolvency cases. Both coordinating associates have worked as lawyers specializing in insolvency procedures for over 19 years, acting on behalf of all the stakeholders in a restructuring scenario, such as the debtor company subject to the procedure, as well as on behalf of the creditors participating in the procedure, managers, lenders, insolvency practitioners in a varied series of mandates, finalized through judicial reorganization, as well as through bankruptcy.
