Provide solutions to technical and constructability issues that arise during both design and construction phase. Identify value engineering components on projects and overcome design deficiencies with minimal compromise to cost, quality or schedule. Manage, schedule, coordinate and administer contracts and projects from conceptual stage through planning, engineering, procurement, construction and close out. Experienced in Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirement Contracts (SABER), Job Order Contracts (JOC), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ), Sole Source Projects/Contracts, Design/Build and MILCON construction projects
