Well equipped with the state-of-the-art technology with the capacity for fast ramp-up and rollout of new campaigns. DBS’s existing operation is a 1200 workstation facility, which would be scaled up by another 200 in a short span of time. It currently owns three centers with a total capacity of around 1200 seats We are based out of Mumbai & Pune in two different places of major ITES and BPO activity in the country. We also cater to various other processes such as customer care, tech support, Debt collection, Surveys, corporate reception, and messaging in the Inbound call center domain. In the outbound call center, we cater to direct telemarketing, Upsell/cross-sell, direct mail follow-up, appointment scheduling, and surveys Our Mission is to empower the companies to be cost-effective & economical in their business operations without compromising on quality. Our Vision is to ensure the delivery of our Solution, which will offer an unmatched business value to our customer through a combination Of Process Excellence, on time Service Delivery and Innovation We have an independent self-owned building of over 12000 square feet area spread over three floors at our Head Office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Total floor area spread over 12000 Sq Ft in Kothrud, Pune & a total floor area spread over 10000 Sq Ft in Baner, Pune all of which are equipped with a state of the art & premium P2P Leased line connectivity with our leading telecom client of 30 Mbps for telecalling, 10Mbps Internet leased line, PRI line with over 600 channels at each of the centres, IBM servers, Sangoma PRI card with built-in Digital Signal Processor(DSP) for noise and echo cancellation. All the work stations in use are of HP & Dell make with Routers & Firewalls for safety & security of the systems
