We are a fully licensed MEP Engineering firm & mechanical contractor offering MEP design and construction services for all types of new and existing commercial buildings. Our MEP services include conceptual design, creation of full construction plans and specifications, investigative studies/reports, energy-strategy assessment, planning and implementation, CFD studies, arc flash studies, commissioning services, and the design of all types of HVAC/lighting/plumbing/power/control systems. Our firm has design & construction experience in all types of commercial sectors including: restaurants, office complexes, multi-family living, hotels, data centers (Tier 1-4), industrial/warehouse, retail stores (small to "big-box"), entertainment and leisure complexes, back-up generator plants, chiller plants, low/mid/high-rise facilities, and many more. DC4 is licensed for MEP design services in the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. We are also able to easily procure licensing in additional states as necessary.
