DCF Design Consultants is a firm of Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers established in Glasgow in 1987 and since that time has enjoyed a significant volume of varied and interesting commissions from a loyal and expanding client base. The firm was restructured to its present form in July 2010.
The core business and interest of the Practice is the design and specification of Building Structures to any form and in all structural materials utilising the latest computer software design packages complemented by sound engineering knowledge and experience. Projects include structures relating to commercial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure and industrial property developments, typically of up to £20 million in construction value.
The Practice is active in all sectors throughout the UK and projects have been commissioned and completed from Inverness to Brighton. We aim to achieve close working relationships with Clients, Contractors, Architects and other professionals within a team environment and seek to provide innovative and economic design solutions sympathetic to building function and aesthetic.
Our Engineers are highly motivated and each project is managed at Director level with at least one Associate Director and Chartered Engineer leading the design.
