DC Fuel, Inc.

DC Fuel ("DCF") is a California-based, multi-state, and family-owned fueling station operator, including convenience stores, express car washes, and fast-casual eateries. In addition, we develop more significant scale sites ("Campuses") to accommodate a multi-level profit center, allowing us to monetize our campuses to their full capabilities. The Pier brothers, Robert, Jr., Andrew, and Edward, formed the Company in 2017; with their years of experience in the transportation business, they parlayed that knowledge into fuel transportation; currently, several fuel tractors and trailers exist in the fleet, which now operates under Pier Transportation, LLC. 2019 would mark a significant milestone by developing DCF's first fueling station campus, this project would undergo some obstacles during the global pandemic of 2020, and the site would see its completion in early 2023. In addition, DCF has pursued several other locations, and by the end of 2022, eight locations are currently planned over the next 36 months.
