DCi is an innovatively fresh, multi-faceted firm with a traditional ethic, grounded in our passion for high-quality design and a steadfast commitment to serving our clients. Founded in 1994 with roots as a pure design builder, we have since expanded to provide traditional Architectural services, pre-construction analysis, construction administration and consulting, all within a complete range of project development alternatives. DCi was born from the desire to offer a true link between Design and Construction that would fortify the Clients’ objectives into a singularly focused concept. As depicted by our logo, each project represents a balance of three main concepts: cost, quality and schedule. With each individual project, we pinpoint our client’s preferences and maximize value by balancing these three concepts. Intensely collaborative, our design team then evaluates all project decisions through this lens. At DCi, we celebrate the diverse perspectives and experience of our staff by encouraging broad participation at every stage of project development. Through this collaboration, our team is able to uncover creative design solutions and offer various informed perspectives to our clients.
