Data Communications Ltd, also known as DCL, is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company, organised in five Business Units, based in Port-Louis, Mauritius which provides products and services at large to individuals, government, organisations and companies. The Telecoms Cluster acts as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and an International Long Distance Telephony Operator (ILD) whereas the Networking Unit is a provider of network and security solutions. DCL Consultancy provides training, design & implementation services and deals with software development. DCL also distributes products in the Indian Ocean region and has stores throughout the island via its Retail Cluster. DCL is ISO9001:2008 certified on all products and services.
