DC Music Publishing is a small full service music publisher started at the tail end of 2021 by Bristol/Manchester based Music supervisor, Podcaster and music business educator Danny Champion (thats me).
I have 20 years experience of the music business within music publishing (Sony Music Publishing, peermusic), music supervision (Soundlounge, freelance music supervisor) and other areas (The Orchard, ThreeSixZero Group).
DC Music Publishing is here to invest in new musical talent, helping to protect their rights and look for ways to make the most from their musical assets. Being based in Bristol, South West England, I am keen to showcase and develop the many amazing up and coming talented individuals from the South West and beyond (with a slight focus on anything with a guitar in it).
I want to keep DC Music Publishing as a 'boutique' music publisher with a tight roster focusing on forging close personal relationships with the artists whilst supporting them with publishing and neighbouring rights administration as well as choice creative exploitation.
