DCS is an established full service civil engineering consulting firm offering expertise focused on traffic, transportation, water and wastewater treatment facilities, municipal and industrial site civil, drainage and construction management.
Our founder and CEO Darren Strozewski began DCS by designing a relatively small, but important biosolids composting facility in a small town outside of Austin, Texas. Over the years DCS has grown and accumulated experience in water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution, transportation, master planning, and more. However, what hasn’t changed since day one is our commitment to sustainable engineering excellence in every project big and small.
