DCSK is a London-based practice that is dedicated to making innovative buildings and spaces tgat face the unique challenges of the 21st Century city. We bring extensive experience designing and delivering all forms of homes and housing. From well-crafted infill developments to 100-unit mixed-use schemes, the practice has successfully gained planning consent for ambitious projects across the UK. Directors Paul Sutliff, and James Khamsi come from different countries, and have a diverse track record working in cities all over the world, across a range of scales, for private and public clients. This make us nimble, adaptable, and able understand different contexts and challenges quickly. We bring experience in architecture and urbanism, and share a passion for making equitable and sustainable cities. Our strength is that we understand the inner life and needs of buildings, but also how buildings and spaces come together holistically to make a city.
