Our owner/president, Dave Danhi, was a chef for over 30 years in Los Angeles before he started recruiting. He has worked in every aspect of culinary operations and in all facets of cuisine from high-end to casual. Wendy has 17 years of FOH operational experience working all the way to a Vice President of Operations title.
