We are really good at turning around small spaces (i.e. 2,000 to 7,500 square feet) quickly so that your next tenant can occupy the space as soon as possible. We work with commercial general contractors as well as directly with commercial owners, landlords, and property managers. If you have a space that was recently vacated and needs to be cleaned-up and prepared for the next showing or tenant, please give us a call and I will meet you onsite and get you a bid for clean-out, demolition, carpet, paint, ceiling tiles, whatever you need to get the space back to an occupancy ready or white boxed condition.
