We are DDRC Employment Services, a direct services branch of Developmental Disabilities Resource Center. We are a leading provider of Employment First supports in Colorado and we believe employment is for everyone! We offer a dynamic range of employment services to career seekers and employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities that support every stage of the employment journey. We collaborate with career seekers to design a fully customized and person-centered plan for pursuing their employment goals, and we focus on facilitating a quality job match, connecting a career seeker's unique skills and interests to an employer's complementary business needs.
