We are an external, independent coordinator of speak-up or whistleblowing procedures. We offer you the following services:
- An easy to implement reporting procedure and investigation protocol. We can also help you communicate and train your employees.
- We will handle the communication with the reporter in a confidential way and can also coordinate the investigation for you
- We can prepare the annual or quarterly report on the whistleblowing procedure for you. In The Netherlands it is mandatory to provide an annual report to the Works Council.
Since February 18, 2023 all legal entities in The Netherlands with 250 employees or more and all organizations that are subject to financial and/or anti-moneylaundering legislation have to appoint somebody who is independent to coordinate their whistleblowing procedure. Other entities with 50-249 employees have until December 17, 2023 to get ready.
We have been rolling out and coordinating whistleblowing procedures since 2007 and have handled hundreds of cases at various organizations.

- Wij helpen u bij de verplichte jaarlijkse rapportage aan de OR
Sinds 18 februari 2023 moeten alle organisaties vanaf 250 medewerkers en alle organisaties die onder de financiële en/of anti-witwas wetgeving vallen een onafhankelijke coördinator van hun klokkenluiderregeling aanstellen.
Wij hebben ervaring met het uitrollen en coördineren van klokkenluiderregelingen sinds 2007 bij diverse organisaties en wij hebben enkele honderden zaken behandeld. Benoem ons om aan de wet te voldoen en ervaar de kracht van een goede speak-up cultuur.
