Studenten uit een sociaal/pedagogische opleiding lopen stage bij onze organisatie en ondersteunen gezinnen op verschillende gebieden. Ook vrijwilligers met een sociaal/pedagogische achtergrond kunnen bij ons terecht. De ankerfiguur is de professional in de organisatie die zowel de studenten (en vrijwilligers) begeleidt tijdens hun stageperiode en daarnaast ook de vertrouwenspersoon is van de gezinnen.
