De Mooij fietsen is de specialist op het gebied van stadsfietsen tot high-end
e-bikes en bakfietsen. Wij onderscheiden ons door niet alleen een fiets of e-bike te verkopen maar de klant centraal te stellen en een beleving mee te geven. We zetten net altijd een stapje extra voor de klant. Van perfecte bonen koffie tot een bordje met de naam van de klant, bij de aflevering van zijn/haar nieuwe fiets.
In ons bedrijf zijn onze klanten heel belangrijk en daarom hechten wij ook veel waarde aan goed advies en perfecte aftersales. Naast onze grote showroom van 1000m2 beschikken wij ook over onze eigen werkplaats waar klanten terecht kunnen voor onderhoud en reparatie aan hun fietsen en e-bikes.
Ons totale bedrijf is in 2020 geheel gerestyled met een splinternieuw interieur en bijbehorende huisstijl. Hierdoor komt de klant niet in een doorsnee fietsenwinkel maar is er een prettige sfeer voor onze klanten gecreëerd.
