Our proposal:
1.Outsourced Insurance Department: Larger entities have a separate department call Insurance Dept. However, It become difficult to mid-size companies to have an independent department. Therefore, we have come with the solution of having outsourced Insurance department. As part of the entity, we will have better access of the information and we will give unbiased and independent opinion on the Insurance portfolio.
2. Independent handling of policy & claims administration: The complete administration of policy matter as well as claims settlement would be managed by us.
3. MIS and claims tracker: Weekly tracker (health/ PA) and monthly reports for all other line of business.
4.Placement of business: Though the Insurance program will run and managed by us , the policy will be placed under Direct code ( no broker/ No agency) . There will be reduction in premium on account of removal of intermediary commission.
5.Fee & Remuneration: We charge a flat fee annual for the year irrespective of Line of business. There are no charges for all insurance renewal/ reviews. All policies related services and claims management service are taken care by us.
