De Stadscoalitie (h)erkent talenten, ontsluit netwerken en bouwt aan coalities waarbij het welbevinden van burgers en de leefbaarheid in wijken en steden groeit.
Stichting Nieuw Talent in de Stad (ANBI) handelend onder de naam De Stadscoalitie ontwikkelt vanuit dienend leiderschap innovatieve methodieken waardoor burgers die om welke reden dan ook niet volledig deelnemen aan het economisch maatschappelijke leven zich gezien voelen en ruimte vinden mee te doen en zich te ontwikkelen. Dit creëert een atmosfeer van samenwerking en economische activiteit en heeft zich bewezen.
Naast de vele talenten die nu bloeien, ontving De Stadscoalitie de aanmoedigingsprijs Cultuurprijs Leidschendam-Voorburg 2018, organiseerde kennisoverdracht via Masterclasses in samenwerking met VU SERVUS, maakte een documentaire van het actie-onderzoek en kreeg aandacht voor haar methodiek in het Algemeen Dagblad.
