Welcome to de.Trybe. We’re here because traditional concepts about what it means to be a working woman have gone way past their expiration date. We offer resources and a safe space to help women lean into every expression of themselves: personal, professional, mental, physical, sexual. Because we are all of those things. Not just a job title. Not simply a profession. We’re a community that celebrates self-exploration and self-acceptance. We’re here to help you get intentional about who you are and what serves you. On the workfloor, and outside of it. Helping you navigate challenging experiences and have difficult conversations that you might otherwise take on alone, when you absolutely don’t need to. Get involved and learn, heal, (over) share, grow, and fail with us. Because what’s more powerful than what we’re building alone, is what we can build together.
