Day to day I advise senior executives, Human Resources professionals, and business stakeholders on a wide range of employment issues including recruiting and on-boarding, employee relations, discipline and terminations, redundancies and reorganizations, internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, leaves of absence, working time compliance, contingent worker issues, Information and Consultation with Works Councils, RFPs, settlement agreements, benefits issues, and compliance with applicable employment laws and data privacy regulations. I devise and present regular training programmes for HR in EMEA and the US. I have ultimate responsibility for all employment litigation in the Region, including managing and directing litigation strategy, negotiating and preparing executive employment agreements and settlement agreements, corporate reporting and managing outside counsel.
