De Wit Plastic B.V. is een spuitgietbedrijf, gespecialiseerd in de massaproductie van uiteenlopende kunststofproducten. Op ons volledig geautomatiseerde machinepark verwerken we alle thermoplastische kunststoffen en elastomeren van 1 tot 400 gram, op machines variërend van 20-180 ton. Dankzij onze samenwerking met spuitgietbedrijf Else Plastic en het ontwerp & realisatiebureau ProProduct kunnen wij de complete zorg voor de ontwikkeling van uw product uit handen nemen. Samen zijn wij als Else Groep 100% projectverantwoordelijk: van concept, design en engineering tot matrijsbouw, productie, assemblage en voorraadbeheer.
Naast technische toelevering brengen wij een gespecialiseerde lijn van kinderveilige sluitingen en doppen op de markt. We hebben verschillende variaties doppen op voorraad in uiteenlopende kleuren. We zijn specialist in doppen met kinderveilige sluitingen (KVS) gemaakt van polyacetaan (POM). Deze kunststof is chemisch resistent, waardoor de blijvende werking van een kinderveilige sluiting ook kan worden gegarandeerd bij chemische middelen. Dankzij een nieuwe productiemethode kunnen wij als eerste in de markt ook een breekring maken van POM. Producten als lampenolie en thinner zijn dankzij de dop met breekring nu nog veiliger voor kinderhanden.
