Deacon Giles Distillery was founded by two friends with 15 years of experience in the craft brewing industry. Driven by a desire to return to tradition by reviving Salem’s historic distilling industry while embracing our modern environment, we wanted to roll up our sleeves and craft something exceptional using our own hands, uniquely infused with our personalities, and steeped in history. We create spirits that speak for themselves, and say something about the people who make them as well as those who enjoy them. The Speakeasy Lab is our hidden away cocktail bar located at the distillery. We are open to the public and offer cocktails, bottles to go, swag, tours and tastings.
