We support parents of deaf children to make the best choices for Language, Literacy and Communication.
We believe that every deaf child and every family has a unique set of needs and DCUK is here to help you to navigate and explore the choices that are available to you, so that you can make an informed choice.
After 45 years of operating nationwide as Cued Speech UK, we have rebranded to Deaf Choices UK, registered 6th December 2023.
We have changed our name to reflect our philosophy and ethos. We are here to support parents of a deaf child (of which 90% of parents are hearing) to understand, embrace and learn how to best meet the unique needs of their deaf child.
Deaf Choices UK is the only charity in the UK that provide training in Cued Speech.
