جمعية الصم وضعاف السمع وذويهم هي جمعية أهلية غير ربحية تأسست بتاريخ 10 رمضان 1440هـ بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (170545)، تُعنى بدعم وتمكين الأشخاص الصم وضعاف السمع وذويهم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتسعى إلى دمجهم في المجتمع من خلال برامج تأهيلية، مهنية، علمية، واجتماعية.
تهدف الجمعية إلى نشر الوعي المجتمعي بلغة الإشارة، وثقافة وهوية مجتمع الصم، ودعم التدخل المبكر، وتمكين الأفراد من خلال بناء قدراتهم وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل، كما تسعى لتأسيس شراكات فاعلة محليًا ودوليًا وتقديم الخدمات والمبادرات المستدامة التي تعزز من جودة حياة الفئة المستهدفة.
يبلغ عدد المستفيدين من خدمات الجمعية في المنطقة الشرقية قرابة 2500 شخص من فئة الصم وضعاف السمع. يعمل حاليًا ضمن الجمعية موظفان من هذه الفئة في المحاسبة والخدمة الاجتماعية، مع وجود سعي دائم لاستقطاب كفاءات إدارية وتنفيذية تدعم مسيرة الجمعية.

A non-profit organization established in 2019 to empower and support the deaf and hard of hearing community in Saudi Arabia through inclusive programs, capacity building, and social integration.
