The Bi-Lingual concept has been validated by the NADC, ZerotoThree.org and recently adopted, by Los Angeles School District (US 2nd largest), and the Gallaudet University (World Leader in Deaf EDU) research defines the benefits of Bi-Lingual ASL Sign & English literacy as the future “Default Best Practice” focus for Hearing & Deaf Child ECE Education, with its ability to create a capable and knowledgeable, fully engaged Family Support Unit.
