Dear Food is the World's First Plant-Based Food-Culture Education Brand, and we are on a mission to change the way people approach food. We are dedicated to creating an authentic and sustainable food culture education platform. Our intention is to create a mindful and holistic approach to cooking and consumption that not only benefits individuals but our communities as a whole. By weaving together food, people, and culture in a mindful way, we aim to strengthen the social fabric of our communities. We believe that by cultivating a deeper understanding and appreciation of food, we can create a more connected and vibrant society. Our goal at Dear Food is simple: To elevate the culinary consciousness across the globe by empowering you with the skills and knowledge that you need to make a real difference. We're not just teaching people how to cook, we're igniting a love for food and celebrating the rich diversity of cultures that make up our world. At Dear Food, we have lots lined up, lets start off with a few plans we have in mind: ONLINE COURSES: We want to help you learn, so we have mindfully designed educational courses for you to kickstart your journey with us. They will range from short weekend classes to long-format in-depth ones. GLOBAL COMMUNITY: As we begin this journey to empower you, we will also be launching the Dear Food Community. You will be part of a growing network of people from across the world, who enjoy food & culture just as much as you do. Here, we will talk about fun recipes & ingredients, chefs that pique our interest, note-worthy restaurants, books & movies on food, and soo much more! COLLABORATIONS: We believe in the power of collaboration to foster creativity and unlock new culinary possibilities. We aim to co-create with chefs, food historians, authors & cultural academicians. to bring you unique experiences and insights. These collaborations can range from exclusive masterclasses to special events, that evoke wholesome learning.
