De Beers Group Auctions sells approximately 10 per cent of De Beers' rough diamond production by value using innovative online auctions. De Beers Group Auctions pioneered the approach in 2008 when we broke with 44 years of direct sales to hold the diamond industry's first online auction sale. It currently serves one of the largest and most diverse customer bases in the industry - from rough traders, manufacturers and sellers of polished, to jewellery manufacturers and retailers.
