DEC HOUSING is a flexible and innovative National Community Housing Organisation providing a range of home choices including Ownership, Rent to Own, Shared Ownership, and traditional Rental. We are creating quality, affordable, energy-efficient ‘smart’ homes for People With Disabilities, and people on low incomes. We will make sure that everyone in the DECH Community truly feels Safe and Secure in their ‘Own Home’.
