Decade of Action

The UN calls the 2020s the Decade of Action, a time when we can still influence the progression of climate change, biodiversity loss, and human rights issues. However, a shift in direction is not possible without the SME sector, which accounts for over half of jobs, economic added value, and greenhouse gas emissions. Decade of Action Oy was created to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to easily take control of their sustainability. By doing this we help our clients succeed: a company that operates responsibly is sustainable and outperforms its competitors. Corporate responsibility tools are typically narrow in scope and designed for use by industry experts. We wanted to create an alternative for developing business sustainability that is clear, practical, and suited to the resources of an SME.
