Collegiate DECA at UW-Madison

Collegiate DECA helps students develop business, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills through case competitions and networking events. Members compete in conferences like the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) and State Career Development Conference (SCDC), where they apply their knowledge in real-world business scenarios. ICDC allows students to travel and compete internationally, building professional networks and gaining exposure to industry leaders. In addition to competitions, DECA offers leadership workshops and social events that foster personal and professional growth. UW Madison DECA is a collegiate chapter of this wonderful organization. We help students of any major with professional development, are highly involved in the Madison community, and have an excellent competition team. We have won five International Championships in various events and scored the third most total points in the world at the International Championships in Washington, DC. In 2020, we brought home 13 state championships and solidified a first place rank in the state.
