Decision Mentor is a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) app, Powered by AI, based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The app is designed to simplify complex decisions for individuals facing real-life problems, in their personal or professional decision problem with multiple conflicting objectives. The App is highly simplified form to bring value of AHP based MCDA tool to individuals, otherwise been available only via corporate subscriptions ! Our criteria-based process allows individuals to identify Criteria and Options (supported by AI). One can prioritize their criteria, and compare options / choices side-by-side with each criteria to come out with options ranking. One can visualize outcome by changing initial criteria weight generated by own judgments / tradeoff. The App provides framework to reduce decision anxiety, get more insights and help individuals as well as teams / organisations make a decision backed by science and intelligence with evidence. With Decision Mentor app, individuals can learn from others’ decisions from our public decision feed and get support during the research phase through AI. The app’s objective is to provide users with a decision-making compass to help them navigate their way to choose an informed decision possible. The users of the app no longer have to worry about ethical dilemmas in choosing available shortlisted few options as Decision Mentor is a theory supported individual/personal/private decision support system (DSS).
