DECK는 “Steer The Business”라는 슬로건 아래 2002년에 설립된 이화여자대학교 대표 경영전략학회입니다. DECK는 모든 학회원을 여성 경영 인재로 발전시키는 것을 목표로 하며, 설립 이후 20년 동안 247명에 달하는 졸업생을 배출하여 각 분야로 진출한 여성 리더 네트워크를 형성하였습니다. 2002년 설립 이래, DECK는 대기업/스타트업/외국계 등 약 58개의 기업과 산학협력 프로젝트를 진행하였습니다. 다양한 산업군의 기업과 함께 마케팅부터 신사업, 서비스기획 및 브랜딩까지 다양한 분야의 프로젝트를 진행하며, DECkian의 역량을 증명하고 있습니다. With the aim of developing all members of the society into female management talented people, DECK has produced 247 graduates in the 20 years since its establishment, forming a network of female leaders.
