Decker & Associates – Architectural Design & Planning Services, LLC. has been established in the Middletown area as a full-service architectural firm since 1970. The firm has provided architectural services for a wide variety of clients and projects, including healthcare facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, apartment projects, HUD financed housing, single family residences, daycare facilities and churches. Ronald R. Decker, President and Owner of Decker & Associates – Architectural Design & Planning Services, LLC, has been practicing architecture since 1968, graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1963, with a B.A. in Architecture. Mr. Decker is certified with NCARB, which allows reciprocal registration in other states. Mr. Decker is currently, or has been licensed in Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Nevada. Our staff is extensively experienced in a wide range of Architectural disciplines, unified by a design-conscious approach. Firm experience includes design of a variety of building types that will aid in the design and construction of almost any new, expanded, or remodeled facility. Our firm also has computer aided design capabilities that enhance our services. The goal of the firm is to provide the client with personal attention, quality professional services and adherence to the client’s project schedule and budget. The firm emphasizes strong project management for each assignment, maintaining ongoing communications with the client through all phases of programming, design development, contact document preparations, and construction.
