Declear.io is a visual declarative programming language that allows you to create 2D animations and games by describing the 'what' you want and letting the system figure out the 'how'. The project was inspired by my love for MIT's Scratch and my interest in functional and declarative programming languages.
This project was once released publicly, but is now private until I have time to continue, potentially as an opensource project.
