We have developed the DecoRad® LED Linemate, a semi industrial curing line, that can cure UV LED oils at a speed of 15 meters per minute with excellent setting, due to the use of high-quality LED’s.

Benefits of UV
The largest benefit of applying UV in any process is speed. Both residential and commercial floor owners can use their facilities the same day, because several coating layers can be applied in one day. UV coatings tend to have better characteristics then traditional coatings, for example scratch resistance. Today’s UV coatings contain zero or very limited VOCs, therefore maintaining a positive impact on the environment. The floor contractors save a lot of time and money, not having to wait for the coating to dry or wasting fuel and time by driving to and from the job-site several times.
