Founded in 2015,as Chief Empowerment officer(CEO) professional mission is twofold: (1) to help leaders understand challenges that arise from leadership, externally and internally, and in the context of COVID 10, understand the essence of resilient leadership, mindset shift from respond to recover, identify strategies and implications. (2) to develop trust as a catalyst of recovery and systemic organizational change by helping influencers understand the power of empathic and relational leadership.
