Decysive Solutions, LLC began life as an IT services company focusing on small to mid-sized healthcare providers. We found our niche was the ability to understand the unique needs these organizations had and their desire to not just work with a service provider but to in fact partner with someone they could trust as an advisor. Decysive has routinely worked as a negotiator for providers purchasing medical records systems, billing platforms, PACS and we’ve worked closely in the decision process for large equipment purchase such as MRI and CT units. In addition to providing consulting services on the decision end of the purchasing process we offered the unique ability to integrate these systems into existing landscapes providing the domain knowledge we gained from managing IT infrastructures. The knowledge gained from the integration of healthcare systems has allowed Decysive to grow into the organization it is today. We now spend considerable time working and partnering with clients on large integration projects in our core healthcare competency but have expanded into manufacturing and warehousing once we discovered our unique skills fit well in this domain as well.
