Deed Reader Pro

Deed Reader Pro is a software program that automates deed plotting. Deed Reader Pro leverages an advanced optical character recognition (OCR) engine to convert PDFs and images of deeds into text. A sophisticated algorithm extracts bearing and distance calls, monument descriptions, and adjoining tract descriptions into a call table. The software checks the deed for closure and plots it in AutoCAD or IntelliCAD. Many deeds can be plotted in just seconds. Additional software to assist surveyors in writing metes and bounds descriptions and drawing plats is planned for the future.
