In November 2020 we participated in a Hackathon led by SHEvyon. We took on the challenge to find a way to reduce gender inequality. We won 2nd place. Our solution brings sets of KPI combinations, to more efficiently trace weak points and predict changes that would lead to overtime improvements. It’s an easy to use dashboard, that comes with personal insights, pragmatic recommendations, and follow-up options to see the change. We are currently in Pilot stage and looking for a company that shares the same goal as us - to reduce gender inequality in organizations. Is that you?
