Deep Blue Waters supports Individuals and Organisations unleash their full potential. The services provided include Coaching for individuals and teams, Mentoring and Consulting (Marketing and Communication). Recent work has included Coaching for Mid Management individuals, developing Personal Identity, developing Effective Communication within the team, lecturing for students on "Effective communication with elements of cross-culture and personalities’ diversities”. The focus is placed on building a deeper relationship with the client, identifying the main areas for discussion, fully understanding the business strategy, specific people and team needs, the implications of the current and very unusual economic environment and what this means for people and teams.
