The mission of the DBS society is to promote the development of research in all fields of Deep Brain Stimulation, including Ethics, Neuroscience, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Neurotechnology, Engineering, Psychology, and Paramedicine;
To ensure the dissemination of DBS knowledge through exchanges between researchers via organized meetings, conferences, symposia, and educational activities such as seminars and workshops, alongside other related events or activities;
And to stimulate relations between fundamental, preclinical, technological, clinical, and industrial DBS research at an international level.
