We manufacture Grey fabric in Bhiwandi and ichalkaranji. We are an MSME registered firm. We manufacture fabrics for use in ladies dress material and suiting and shirting. We manufacture 100% cotton fabrics, PV PC blends and 100% polyester fabrics . We have been in the fabric manufacturing business for the last 20 years. i)Shirting fabrics- We manufacture shirting based fabrics on high speed airjet looms. We do various kinds of fabrics like plain weave, Twill, Satin, Dobbies(Upto 20 frames). We also have selvedge based Loom(Both dobby and Jacquard) and have both 190cms and 220cms looms
ii)Ladies Dress Material- We manufacture greige fabrics which are used for ladies dress material in Bhiwandi. Some of our master weavers are associated with us since inception. All of them have well maintained looms with weft filler motion attached to it.
The fabric weaved is of export quality and is supplied to some of the top companies and brands in India
Yarn Distribution
We have been in the yarn distribution business for 37 years. For the yarn distribution business we have an office in Coimbatore, Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Ichalkaranji. We deal in various kinds of yarn like cotton yarn, 100%polyester and blended PV and PC yarns. We have long standing relationship with various mills in Coimbatore, Pollachi, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. We cater to various customers pan India. Some of the prominent centers we supply yarn to are Bhiwandi, ichalkaranji, Ahmedabad and Surat.
