Deep Tech Venture Collective is a group of dedicated European deep tech VC funds who are banding together to improve the European deep tech start-up scene. We will do this by working together to bear on the weaknesses we see in the ecosystem. The idea behind us was formed during a conversation between Patrik Sobocki (Industrifonden) and Hermann Hauser (Amadeus Capital Partners) as they chew over how they collectively could collaborate on addressing the existing challenges and produce more deep tech unicorns in Europe. Deep Tech Venture Collective was thus initiated in April 2022, and currently comprises 15 European deep tech VC funds across Europe.
